Raz, Andrew and Robbie are the motorcycle riders behind Riding4aCause, and are passionate about supporting men and their families who are suffering from this often undiagnosed illness in our society.

They have embarked on their first major ride in September 2010, from Sydney to the Glen Helen Resort, NT, (joining Steve Andrews from the Black Dog Ride), in an Australia-wide initiative to educate the community about Male Depression.

Someday later, the guys will ride across the USA, from Disneyland to Disneyworld, (the happiest places on earth, full route details here) leaving LA and riding east towards Florida, planning to get there just in time for Biketoberfest.

Until then, the team is organizing and participating in shorter rides, visiting Men’s Sheds around Australia, and supporting Men and their families as they battle with mental illnesses, especially depression

Sponsorship Opportunities

Are you interested in supporting the fight against male depression?

Do you desire the brand exposure we can provide via social media?

We need your help!

Riding4aCause is an awareness campaign to aid men with depression and their support groups. We want to help bring Male Depression out from the shadows and show our fellow men that there is no harm in seeking help for depression. In order to do this, we need your assistance!

Male depression is a global problem and we are projecting our message on a global scale. We seek to build a team of sponsors and supporters who will gain worldwide recognition for aiding men in need. Your company will benefit from our partnership with marketing and PR agencies. We have strategic plans with these agencies to ensure high quality exposure through traditional media and social media. We use Twitter, Facebook, and other channels. In addition to your company and reaching new audience, your involvement will send a clear message that you advocate an open and nurturing environment where men can talk about their problems and receive support.

If you are able to sponsor our ride financially or in kind,  through the donation of equipment, please email us at sponsorship[at]
