What a journey!!
With sore backs, butts and heads, it was absolutely amazing. But words can’t truly express how we felt making the distance.

Today was the longest leg we had done on the trip – 689kms. And once again I was in awe of the landscape that we drove through. In one day we went from stony desert to lush green hills. Here are some photos from Day 6:

Another great day of awesome scenery and riding, but today was fraught with incident. From punctures, to rain, to (silly) accidents, amongst other things. A wonderful day of riding. The weather couldn’t have been better, and thankfully, the speeding exploits of one of the other riders will take the heat off me from my fall from yesterday (marginally). Await @AndrewBlanda‘s update later, in the meantime, here are some photos.

After leaving Bathurst, we did a lap of Mt Panorama on the bikes which gave us a whole new respect for the drivers that race on this circuit!
